We have a continuum of living and a variety of services – both on our campus and out in the community – to provide the services you need, when, how and where you need them. 

  • The Summit at Brighton is the region’s only Life Care community, offering spacious residential apartment homes, fulfilling programs and services, and a choice of financial plans that provide asset protection against the cost of potential long term care. 
      
  • Wolk Manor, our enriched living community, provides a residential setting for people who require some assistance with daily living activities, but are not in need of full-time care.
       
  • The Jewish Home of Rochester is our skilled nursing center, offering various levels of long-term and short- term transitional care, in a contemporary and fulfilling environment.
     
  • Jewish Senior Life LinesTM are community programs that enable seniors to age in place, in the setting of their choice, with life enriching services.
